our landlord wants to increase our rent, so J2 and i are enthusiastically house hunting.

cheaper
smaller
off street parking

    good luck.
    I dread our next move...probably in 2 years' time. Having moved umpteen times in the last 10 years is now making me want to put down roots somewhere....
