a long time ago in a galaxy far far away, working in a clinic, the phrase we dreaded to hear in the mornings was, server is down.
well, our new server is down and back in the box and on the way home to its maker. amazon.com's efficient returns service is impressively hassle free i must say. which unfortunately is much more than i can say of our erstwhile server.
